Account Deletion Request

This page is provided by Santepheap Dental Clinic for users of the Santepheap patient mobile app listed on Google Play. Use it to request permanent deletion of your patient account and associated personal data.

How to request account deletion

Follow these steps to delete your Santepheap Dental Clinic patient account:

Open the Santepheap account deletion page
Visit this page on the web: santepheapdental.com/account-deletion (the URL listed on our Google Play Store listing).

Sign in with your Santepheap app credentials
Enter the same phone number (with country code) or email address and password you use in the Santepheap Dental Clinic patient app.

Review what will be deleted and retained
Read the data deletion and retention information on this page before continuing.

Confirm permanent deletion
Check the confirmation box to acknowledge that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Submit your request by tapping "Delete account"
Your account is deactivated immediately. Personal profile data is removed or anonymized as described below.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, the following personal data is removed or anonymized from the Santepheap platform:

Full name, email address, and phone number
Profile photo and account profile details (date of birth, city, country, etc.)
Login credentials (account is deactivated and credentials are invalidated)
Shopping cart, wishlist, and saved delivery addresses
Recently viewed product history
Push notification tokens (FCM / APN)
Linked social account identifiers (Google, Apple, Facebook)

Data that may be kept

Some records must be retained for healthcare, legal, or financial compliance even after your account is deleted:

Appointment and consultation records
Kept by the clinic for continuity of care and regulatory compliance.
Retention: Up to 7 years after your last visit, or as required by Cambodian healthcare law.
Order, invoice, and payment records
Kept for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution.
Retention: Up to 7 years from the transaction date.
Chat and messaging history with dentists/clinics
May be retained as part of your clinical communication record.
Retention: Up to 3 years after the last message, unless a longer period is required by law.
Anonymized server and security logs
Technical logs that no longer identify you personally after account deletion.
Retention: Up to 90 days.

Deletion is processed immediately after you confirm. You will not be able to sign in again with the same account. You may register a new account using the same email or phone number after deletion. For questions, contact info@santepheap.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
